The successful incumbent should be young to fit the culture of the organisation, degree graduate, and must be prepared to work long hours if necessary to get the job done. Her duties will include schedule management, meeting preparations, travel bookings, function coordination, administrative duties, selected staff supervision, attending to purchases of administrative office requirements, as well as the weekly and monthly report compilation. Prior experience in working in a similar role for at least 3 years will be an essential factor in succeeding with being selected to this position.
